The Sandestin Foundation for Kids is spearheading an effort to get emergency relief goods, medicines and recovery items to the residents of storm ravaged Tortola and Barbuda.

Described as apocalyptic and catastrophic, they were stripped of vegetation and infrastructure was devastated. The unofficial estimate puts the loss at 90 percent of homes, businesses and boats.

With little aid from outside sources, the BVI residents have nowhere to turn for assistance  to help them recover, rebuild and start to heal.

We are asking Sandestin residents to come together with the foundation to raise funds to purchase much needed items for these areas. The foundation is securing a shipping vessel to accept the goods and deliver them from San Juan to Tortola and Barbuda.

If you would like to contribute to this effort, you can make a tax-deductible donation below.

100% of all funds received will go to purchasing supplies and medicines to be shipped to the BVI.

The deadline to donate is Friday, September 22nd, 2017, as the items must be purchased, loaded and depart the port for transit to the islands.

We thank you for your support of the SDFK Hurricane Irma Caribbean Relief Fund.
